Praying for those whom God has called to do something out of their comfort zone…
Rise up CHILD OF GOD and KNOW the God we serve is already there in your assignment.
I pray a hedge of protection around God’s plan; that it will come to fruition.
I pray against the spirit of fear that may come against you.

I pray that the Lord will fill you to the overflow with wisdom, discernment, courage, grace and LOVE.
Lord, I’m curious to know how many of Your children are being called to do something, for Your glory, that is totally out of their comfort zone.
I’m curious to know how many have said YES to Your calling and have done it with trembling knees and a shaky voice. HALLELUJAH!
I’m curious to know how many want to do what You have called them to do but are still sitting on the sidelines trying to overcome the fear that keeps them frozen in place.
Thank You, Lord, that YOU ARE ALREADY THERE! You are already there in their YES and in that first timid step they will take into their called assignment!
I believe there are thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, of assignments that God has handed out to His children.
God has a plan for you, my friend, plans that have been designed to take back territory for the Kingdom of God! God has plans to train up the next generation of believers; plans for future apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers (Ephesians 4:11), worshippers, intercessors, business owners and yes, even political leaders.
No matter how small of a role you may think it is, you are a vital piece of the giant jigsaw puzzle of the Kingdom of God.
Let me tell you about the assignment as prophetic intercessor that I recently got to participate in. Not too long ago, the Lord had me go to a nearby city to not only pray for the city council, but, to tear down demonic strongholds and arguments that had set itself up against the knowledge of God. I joined other prayer warriors and warred against an idea (that had satanic roots) that was being explored by the city council.
When I first heard about this idea, my spirit was so disturbed and dismayed…to the point that I finally cried out ‘Lord, I have to do something!’ WHY? Why should I care about what is happening in a city that is 40 miles away? GOD. God put that in me. There is no other explanation for what rose up in me to so SOMETHING.
God was preparing me as He unveiled my assignment. For weeks the Lord had been highlighting to me, 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 “For though we live in the world, we do not wage war as the world does. The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.”
God had an assignment for me. I kept hearing Him say ‘I need boots on the ground’. YES, LORD! So, off I go to this municipal building. It’s after hours and the parking lot is empty. There’s still traffic coming and going all around me but I feel very conspicuous. Awkward. Fear shows itself and begins to whisper in my ear ‘You’re gonna get in trouble.’ ‘The cops are gonna give you a ticket for loitering.’ I immediately commanded the voice of enemy to ‘SHUT UP!’
I took that very powerful scripture and began to declare God’s Word over the city, the city council and their staff. I declared and decreed 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 in every translation I had saved on my phone: NIV, KJV, NKJV, NLT, AMP and TPT. It was awkward, at first, but as I spoke God’s Word into the atmosphere over and over, Holy Spirit began to move in me and I spoke words that I KNOW came from HIM! What a powerful moment! Glory to God, there was POWER in those words!
God was already there…waiting for me to bring my faith to the place where a battle was happening.
GOD. WAS. ALREADY. THERE.
Could God have accomplished this without me? OF COURSE!!
But I was not about to stay home and wring my hands and hope and pray for the best.
I believe God called me to where the enemy was raising its head: City Hall. The battlefield. I believe He wanted me to have BOOTS ON THE GROUND.
Is this particular battle over? No. But we are awake and aware. And we are receiving His strategies and His words to declare and decree whenever and wherever He tells us to go.
LORD, I will say YES! And I will continue to trust that You are already there…You’re just waiting for me to bring my boots.
DID YOU KNOW?...that God's angels were listening to me as I 'gave voice to God's Word?' “Bless the Lord, you His angels, Who excel in strength, who do His word, Heeding the voice of His word.” Psalm 103:20 NKJV. Not only were they paying close attention to God's Word but they were activated to DO His Word. 😲 How WOW! is that?!
